States' deregulated electricity markets make them attractive

DOWNTOWN (June 2, 2003) -- Buoyed by success in its first four years in Pittsburgh, J. Ryan Consulting is now eyeing expansions into Ohio and Michigan.
The Downtown-based energy and telecommunications consulting firm plans to enter the Ohio market this summer. Michigan likely would follow by early winter, according to J. Ryan Consulting president and founder Jeffrey Poborsky.
