Growing J. Ryan Consulting mulls expansion into Ohio, Michigan
States' deregulated electricity markets make them attractive

DOWNTOWN (June 2, 2003) -- Buoyed by success in its first four years in
Pittsburgh, J. Ryan Consulting is now eyeing expansions into Ohio and Michigan.
The Downtown-based energy and telecommunications consulting firm plans to enter the Ohio market this summer. Michigan likely would follow by early winter, according to J. Ryan Consulting president and founder Jeffrey Poborsky.

Pittsburgh (August 4, 2003) J. Ryan Consulting, Pittsburgh’s leader in
energy and telecommunications cost reduction, today announced that it has
entered into agreement with Prudential Realty to manage their energy consumption
costs at their multiple commercial properties. The service will allow Prudential
Realty to focus on its core business while J. Ryan matches usage and cost
data to optimal rate structures and service plans.
